Garlic Stringbeans (Fresh)

3 Cups of Fresh Stringbeans10 Cloves of Fresh Garlic1 Tbsp of Olive Oil1 Tsp of Spike All Natural Seasoning1/4 cup of water
Serves 4-6 Servings
Pick & wash 3 cups of fresh stringbeans or green beans.
Add Olive Oil to large skillet and place string beans in searing and stirring.
Use garlic press to press all cloves of garlic into skillet including remaining garlic left in the press.
Stir and sear stringbeans for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Add spike seasoning to taste, about 1 tsp and stir.
Cover pan with fitted top for 4 to 5 minutes allowing to continue to sear but not burn, stir.
Add 1/4 cup of water when garlic and stringbeans are nicely seared.
Replace top and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until steam softens stringbeans.
Serve and Enjoy a Healthy Meal!
