Beer Brats and peppers on a bun

5 Jennie-O Turkey Bratwurst1 bottle of Light Beer2 tsp olive oil 1 cup Onions, sliced1/2 cup Red, sliced1/2 cup Green Peppers, sliced5 Sara Lee White Hot Dog Buns
Boil brats in beer for 20 minutes. Squeeze a little spicy mustard in with the beer and sprinkle in a little fennel seed. Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in separate skillet. Saute slice onions and peppers. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Move the peppers and onions aside. Add the brats in the skillet with an additional teaspoon of oil. Brown the brats. Serve on buns with peppers and onions and mustard.
