Low-fat chocolate chip cheesecake brownies

For the brownies:1/2 cup water1 TBSP canola oil1/4 cup egg beaters1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1 box low-fat brownie mixFor the cheesecake topping:1/4 cup egg beaters1/3 cup granulated sugar8 ounces light cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking dish with tin foil with several inches on the sides to use as handles after baking. Spray tin foil with cooking spray.
Make brownies according to box directions, then stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into baking tin.
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and egg beaters until smooth. Drop by tablespoon on top of brownie mix in pan. Use a knife to create a swirl affect.
Bake at 350 for 41-43 minutes. Allow to cool 1/2 hour before removing from pan. Cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.
