Ingredients
1 170 gram container Low fat Yogurt1/2 FROZEN Banana, 1/4 cup FROZEN Pineapple CHUNKS, 1/4 CUP *West Soy Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk, .I didn't measure, I just poured it in until the mixture was smooth
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Puree until smooth
