Ingredients
mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add dry fried bacon, onions, mushrooms. milk and eggs with a little salt and pepper and add 1 tsp of chopped chives. grease a flan dish and add mixture and decorate with sliced tomato
Directions
cook in oven on 200 for 40 mins. take out of oven and leave to cool before serving. serve with baked potato and salad, enjoy
