Halloumi Tortilla wraps - middle eastern style

Ingredients
1 Wholemeal tortilla bread80g (aproc 1.5 inch slice) of cucumber40g (about 4) cherry tomatos30g (about 2 large leafs) Romaine Lettuce2g (about 10 leafs) Flat Parsley 1 tbsp Hummus40 g (about 1/2cm thick slice) Light Halloumi cheesecan also add (not included in nutritional info)oliveslemon juicespinach leaves
Directions
Makes 1 fully stuffed Tortilla,

1- Cook the cheese in a George Foreman Grill - alternativly you can fry it in a non-stick pan with a bit of spray live oil - It only melts slightly and is ready once it turns slighly brown. crispy on the outside but still soft inside

2- Meanwhile, spread the Hummus on the tortilla & slice up the vegtables

3 - arrange the betables and cheese on the tortilla, wrap it up,

done
