Turkey Enchilada's

20 oz Ground Turkey1 Bag Frozen Pepper and Onion mix1 package Mexican Cheese1 large can Enchilada Sause6 - 10" Tortilla1 package enchillada/taco seasoning
Brown turkey, add seasoning. Grill veggies in another pan and when cooked add to turkey.
Pour half the enchillada sauce into the bottom of a 9 by 13 baking dish. Stuff the tortillas with meat mixure, add a little cheese and place in dish. After you do all six pour remaining sauce on top and add remaining cheese. Bake for 20 min at 350. Let cool before serving.
These are lagre enchilladas so I normally only eat half of one.
