Peach Crispy Crumble

Ingredients
3 15 oz. cans of peaches, rinsed.5 cup packed brown sugar2 tsp. ground cinnamon.5 cup old fashiones oatmeal.25 cup flour1 T butter, cup into chunks
Directions
Preheat to 425 degrees. Rinse the peaches if they are canned. Pour them into an 8" x 8" dish. Mix in 1 t. of cinnamon and 1 T. brown sugar. Cut butter into small chunks. Combine remaining cinnamon and brown sugar with oats, flour, and butter. Sprinkle on top of peaches.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until topping starts to brown. Serve with light vanilla ice cream for a great treat!

    Very tasty...especially with a small scoop of frozen yogurt. I used fresh peaches instead of canned and added 2 cups of fresh raspberries for a little variety. I will definitely be making this again! - 10/6/07
