Crock Pot Burgandy Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. london broil steak5 small to medium red potatoes1 lb baby carrots1/4 red onion1 pkg of Lipton onion soup mix1 cup Burgundy2 cups Water
Directions
1. Cut london broil into 1 in. cubes. Cut potatoes in half.
2. Place meat, potatoes, carrots, and onion into a large crock pot.
3. Add dry soup mix and then pour wine and water over the top to mix.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
