Ingredients
1 oz tortilla chips, broken into bite-sized pieces2 cups shredded iceburg lettuce1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes1 cup chili beans0.5 cup salsa0.5 cup sliced jalapenos4 jumbo black olives0.25 grated cheddar cheese0.25 cup sour cream, reduced fat
Directions
Heat chili beans until hot.
Place half of each ingredient on 2 plates, layering as desired: usually: chips, lettuce, chili beans cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy!
