Ingredients
12 oz 93% lean ground turkey1 jar salsa- 15 oz1 1/2 cups brown instant rice1 cup chicken broth1/2 med onion, chopped1/2 c ff cheddar cheese
Directions
brown the onion and turkey in a non stick frying pan- no oil, so be careful not to burn
add salsa and broth, bring to a boil, add rice, stir, cover for 5 min
fluff rice, add cheese on top, cover for another 2 min.
I served this on a weight watchers bun- for an add'l 140 cal
