Easy Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies

Ingredients
3/4 lb. chicken breasts (no skin or bone)12 oz. package Mann's Vegetable bag (I use California Stir Fry) -OR- your own mix of veggies2 tsp. Vegetable OilSeasoning (for chicken)2 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Season chicken and add to pan; cook on both sides until no longer pink. Add vegetable mix and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour about a quarter cup of water in pan and cover for 4-5 minutes, depending on how crisp you want your vegetables.

Serve with 1/2 cup brown rice and enjoy!
