Roasted Chicken w/Asparagus & Red Potatoes

Ingredients
3-4 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken, chopped into 2" cubes.2-3 lbs. of red potatoes, chopped into 2" cubes.1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces.1 1/2 cups diced roma tomatoes1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced1/4 cup chopped green onion3 Tbsp. olive oil1-2 tsp. fresh rosemary (to taste)salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Combine chopped chicken, potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, basil, green onion and garlic in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Add olive oil and toss mixture until evenly coated. Add rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for approx. 25-40 mins. or until tender, turning mixture every 10 mins. for even cooking.
