Ingredients
Ingredients:1 Cup Flour1 cup Quick oats 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt2 Eggs1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup canola Oil1/2 cup water
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Separately, mix the eggs, water and oil together. Add the liquid ingredients to the bowl with dry ingredients and mix by hand until well moistened. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Spoon batter into 12 muffin tins with paper liners. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

    I used whole wheat flour and no quick oats (all the old-fashioned ones) and I found these very filling. Kind of like a granola bar in muffin form. They have a bit of sweetness from the chocolate chips, without any added sugar. Very good, will be making these again. - 5/20/12
