Ingredients
4 T. whole wheat flour2 T. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend2 T. cocoa powder, unsweetened1/4 tsp. baking powderDash of salt1 T. unsweetened applesauce3 T. water1/4 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 oz. chocolate chips
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients well in a mug, and microwave for 60-90 seconds.

2. Remove from microwave.

3. Enjoy.

    I haven't tried it yet, but I was looking for a lower calorie mug brownie. The original is really good and great for a quick chocolate fix. This sounds like a great alternative! - 2/16/09
