Hearty Salmon Casserole

2 cans Salmon1 small box of multigrain or whole wheat pasta2/3 cup of light sour cream1/2 cup of light mayonaisse6 stalks of celery4 tbsp whole grain mustard1 tsp ground thyme1/2 tsp ground cilantro1/2 tsp salt1 cup shredded cheese
Preheat over to 350°
Cook the pasta according personal preference on doneness
Flake the salmon in a mixing bowl and add celery then set aside. In a second bowl combine the mayonaisse, sour cream, mustard, thyme, cilantro and salt until mixed thoroughly.
Combine the salmon and pasta and then mix in the sour cream mixture until the salmon, celery and pasta is fully coated.
Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish (9x13) and top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
A nice addition to this is to top with chopped tomato.
