2 boxes Lean Kraft Macaroni and Cheese BoxCan of Healthy Choice- Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup1 lb of Lean ground sirloin
Simultaniously, cook the Macaroni accordingly to the box.
Brown the meat and cut it up with spatula making small peices of meat .
When the Macaroni is completely done (cheese and all), add the can of Cream of Mushroom soup and a little water if desired, and browned chopped meat, stir and serve!
Makes 10-12 1 1/2 cup servings!
