No Egg Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
3 Cups Flour2 Cups Sugar2 tsp baking soda6 T cocoa3/4 Cup Oil2 tsp vanilla extract2 T vinegar (distilled white vinegar)2 C Cold Water
Directions
Sift first 4 ingredients together.

Add rest of ingredients and mix well, then bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees. (I just sprayed my pan with pam spray and didnt use any flour). Test after 25-30 minutes. Bake until cake springs back to touch. Very Moist Cake.

I usually cut the cake into 12 pieces.
