Ingredients
Salsa, 1 cupBasil, 2 tbspItalian Seasoning Mix, 2 tspCarrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesChili powder, 5 tbspGround beef, lean, 16 oz (1lb)Beans, red kidney, 2.278 cup (540 ml Tin)*Canola Oil, 2 tbspStewed Tomatoes, 2 cup (796 ml Tin)
Directions
Makes approx 12 servings (depending on how much you eat)

Brown ground beef in pot using 1 tbsp of oil.
Drain the beef and set aside.
brown the onions, carrots and mushrooms using 1 tbsp of oil.
Start cooking the stewed tomatoes and salsa in stew pot. After abt 10 mins, add ground beef and chili powder and seasonings.
Finally add veggies and simmer for approx 30 mins.
