Canned Tuna Patties

Ingredients
1.5 can albacore tuna in water1/2 medium onion1 medium stalk celery1/4 bell pepper4 large eggs1/2 cup Carb Crunchers Low Carb Bread crumbs1/2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfulls onto heated, greased griddle and cook until browned and done on each side.

    Saute the following: 1 can tuna, 1 celery stalk, 1/2 medium onion, 1/4 bell pepper
    Serve over brown rice.
