454g lean mince beef2 large onions1 and 1/2 peppers2 tins of chopped tomatoes2 tins of baked beans3 cloves of garlicchilli powderworcester sauce
1. chop onions, peppers, and garlic, then dry fry them.
2 remove to a dish and dry fry mince beef adding a couple of dashes of worcester sauce.
3. add dry fried vegs and add all tomatoes and baked beans, and 2 tbsp of chilli powder, more if you like it hotter!
4. simmer for 20 minutes and serve with jacket potatoes or brown rice.
alternatively.... put mixture in a large oven proof dish and add peeled and sliced potato slices vertically through the mixture and bake in a hot oven at 200 c for 2 hours until potatoes soft and lightly browned.
