Ingredients: * Coconut, sweetened, 2 cup * Granulated Sugar, 3 tbsp * *Egg white, 2 large * *EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 3 tbsp Almond or vanilla extract 1/4 tsp dash salt
Heat oven to 325. Spray cookie sheet well. In medium bowl,beat egg whites lightly, add sugar, protein powder, salt, and extract. Mix all ingredients well. Spoon by rounded tsp on to grease pan 2 inches apart. bake for 13-17 minutes or golden brown. Immediately remove from sheet. Makes 12-15.
