Mexican Banana Milk

Ingredients
1 Banana (very ripe)3 Cups of Skim Milk1 tsp. Vanilla1/4 tsp. Cinnamon1/4 c. Splenda or sweeten to taste
Directions
Put banana, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and splenda in blender set on frappe and mix for about a minuet. It makes a wonderful frothy milk that is a great healthy treat for someone with a sweet tooth.
