Seafood Stew

Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, chopped * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped * Potato, 0.5 cup * Turnips, .5 cup, cubes * White Wine, .5 cup * Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans * Bloody mary mix, low salt .5 cup * Water, 1 cup * Pepper, red, crushed .5 tbsp * Garlic powder, .5 tbsp * Italian seasoning .5 tbsp * Pepper & Salt to taste * Shrimp, raw. shelled, .5lb * Salmon, 6 oz, cut into bite sized pieces * Tilapia, 4 oz
Directions
Heat oil in pot. Add onions, carrots, celery and turnip and cook until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Add white wine and stir. Cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, bloody mary mix, water, red pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer. Cook 15 minutes or until veggies are to desired texture. Add fish and shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 large bowls or 8 big cups.
