Creamy roasted red bell pepper chicken

Ingredients
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 small jar roasted red bell peppers-drained and rinsed1 c low fat sour cream1 small onion-chopped1 garlic clove-chopped1 tsp veg or olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until slightly brown. Place chicken breasts in pan with onions and garlic and cook approx 5-6 min per side until brown. While chicken is cooking puree the roasted red bell peppers and add to sour cream and set aside. Once chicken is done pour sour cream bell pepper mix over chicken and cover. Cook until chicken is done.
