Easy Chicken Quesidilla

1 low carb tortilla wrap1/4 cup low fat shreaded mexican cheese2 oz southwestern style pre-cooked chicken strips1 tsp chopped green peppers1 tsp chopped red peppers
Take about 2oz of chicken out of package and cut into small, bite size pieces. Place chicken in a large cooking pan and warm chicken over medium heat. Take chicken off heat and put tortilla in pan. Slightly warm each side of tortilla, let it rest in the pan for about 30 seconds on each side. Put heat to low-medium and add (to one half of the tortilla) 1/2 of the cheese, then chicken, then peppers, finish with the rest of the chesse on top. Fold Tortilla in half. Let warm on that side for about 2 min, then flip. Warm on that side for 1-2 min, until cheese is all melted.
This is so simple and delish!! I make it a lot for a quick dinner with some veggies or fruit on the side.
