Crab and Shrimp Cakes

Ingredients
1 cup Blue Crab meat15 lg. cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped1/4 cup onion, diced1/4 cup green pepper, diced1 lg egg2 tsp yellow mustard1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing1 piece Nature's Own Wheat Light bread, crumbled 1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper2 tsp lemon juice10 Ritz crackers, crushed (set aside on a plate)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat pan with non-stick spray or use a non-stick pan.

Combine all ingrdients except for crackers.

Form into cakes, about 4 inches around, or smaller if you like.

Coat cakes with crackers, put on pan and bake for 20-25 min, flipping half-way through baking time. Should be golden-brown when done.

Great served with garlic rice.
