Mac and cheese

Ingredients
2 cups ww elbow macaroni3 TBS. smart balance light buttery spread1/2 cup flour, whole grain2 cups skim milk1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp black pepper.50 TBS. onion powder (optional)1/4 tsp. dry mustard8 oz. velveets light cheese cubed
Directions
Boil macaroni as instucted on package.
Melt butter ( you can use a double boiler ). Add the milk, dry mustard, salt, pepper and onion powder. Heat until warm. Add flour and mix until thickened. Add velveeta cheese cubes, mix until melted. Mix with cooked macaroni and put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with pam.
Bake at 375 for about 25-30 minutes or till hot and bubbley.
