Easy Take Out Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast cut into bite size pieces1/2 tsp garlic powderpepper to taste2 cups snow peas 1 red bell pepper cut into bite size pieces1 pkg sugar free lemon jello mixzest of 1 lemonjuice of 1 lemon2 Tbsp corn starch1 cup cold water
Directions
Season chicken with garlic & pepper. On med heat, cook chicken until no longer pink, about 5 min. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix together water, corn starch, lemon juice, lemon zest, & jello mix. Set aside.
Once chicken is cooked, add snow peas & red peppers, cook for 2-3 min until tender. Add sauce, cook an additional 2-3 min or until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice if desired.
