Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients
3-4 Whole wheat pitas1 1/2 Cup light Parmesan Alfredo sauce3 Chicken Thighs - bone, ski removed - chopped2/3 cup frozen spinach2 cups fat free mozzarella2 Roma/Plumb Tomatoes sliced
Directions
Place Pita on baking pan. Spread 1/3 of Alfredo Sauce on pita within 1/4 inch of edge. Over sauce layer 1/3 chicken, spinach, cheese and tomato.

Bake each pizza at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
