Ingredients
4 - 3.5 oz Tilapia Filets4 oz Reduced fa potato chips1 cup low fat milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place crushed chips in a medium bowl. Dip Tilpia fillets into milk then roll in crushed chips. Place fillets on greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
