Lamb Tikka

Ingredients
16 ounces Lamb sirloin or Lamb chop2/3 cup plan fat free yogurt2 TBSP fresh grated ginger3 tsp curry powder
Directions
Mix yogurt, ginger, curry together to make a marinade. Sprink chops or sirloin with salt and pepper, then coat with marinade and let sit.

Broil 5 inches from heat until desired doneness-I reccomend medium rare for lamb to stay tender!
