Kate's Baked Greens Stuffed Chicken Breasts

* Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed * Cream of Chicken Soup, .6 cup * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Kale, 4 cup, chopped * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup * Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can * Oregano, ground, 4 tbsp
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook the Kale & Spinach covered on low heat with about 1/4 cup of water for 5 minutes or until tender
- Remove from heat
- Add feta cheese & stir
- Split chicken breasts & add 1 tablespoon to the middle of each flattened breast
- Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the cooked kale/spinach/feta into the middle of each breast (or however much you can stuff and still roll & still close)
- pour the unused kale/spinach/feta into a mixing bowl
- In the same mixing bowl, add Cream of Chicken, chopped onion, tomatoes, and oregano & stir
-pour half the cream of chicken/onion/tomato/oregano/spinach/kale/feta mix in a baking dish
- roll the chicken breast up & fasten the edges with toothpicks
- put the rolled chicken breasts in the baking dish
--pour the other half of the cream of chicken/onion/tomato/oregano/spinach/kale/feta on top of the chicken breasts
- cook for 22-27 minutes
