Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. Chuck/Sirloin Steak (lean)1 med onion2 ea. 8.5 oz Cans of LeSueur Very Yound Small Early Peas2 ea. 15 oz can LeSueur Tender Baby Whole Carrots1 ea. 15 oz. can No salt added Golden Sweet Whole Kernel corn2 ea. 14.5 oz can No salt added Cut Green Beans2 ea 15 oz can Whole New Potatoes1 ea 1.5 oz Beef Stew Seasoning Packet dry mix1 ea .87 oz Brown Gravy Mix dry packet
Directions
In a Large Crock pot add 1 quart of water and turn on high. Cut into 1 inch cubes Chuck or Sirloin Steak. Chop med. onion and add to meat and water. Pour Beef Stew Packet and Brown Gravy Mix into crock Pot. Stir and let cook 3 to 3 1/2 hours. When meat is cook add vegetables to crock pot and cook addition hour to hour and half.
