2 lb. ground beef2 cups chopped onion2 cups chopped celery1 can (15 oz) great northern beans1 can (15 oz) kidney beans1 can (15 oz) pinto beans1 can (15 0z) diced tomatoes1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilis1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce1 tsp pepper4 tbsp chili powder2 cups Velveeta 1/2 the fat
Brown ground beef. Stir in onions and celery and cook until transparent. Add remaining ingredients except Velveeta. Simmer and stir for 20 minutes. Add Velveeta and stir until melted and blended.
Can also be used as dip for chips and crackers.
