Ingredients
# Lemon Juice, 0.10 fl oz (remove)# Japanese Persimmons, 240 (remove)# Ginger Root, 0.50 tsp (remove)# Vanilla Bean, 0.50 serving (remove)# Agave Syrup, 8 tsp (remove)
Directions
Place Persimmon in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Combine Persimmon puree, sugar, and remaining ingredients in a medium sauté pan over medium heat; bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook 3 hours or until mixture is thick. mix in vanilla. chill.

    missing ingredients; poorly written. Recipe calls for combining persimmon pulp and sugar and "remaining ingredients" and simmering for 2 hours. No sugar in recipe, only agave syrup and simmering it and lemon juice for 2 hours creates a mess. Also, cardamom in title but not ingredient list. - 9/17/09
