# Cheese Labane Org. (N.Smadar), 250 gram (remove)# Yogurt Goat Cheese Org. (Ez), 200 serving (remove)# Egg Yolk, 4 large (remove)# Orange Juice, 0.66 cup (remove)# Granulated Sugar, 12 tsp (remove)# *Splenda, 10 tsp (remove)# *Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
Make zabayone.
Place cream cheese, 6 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp lime juice, and lime peel in processor; blend well.
Spoon custard into crust; smooth top. Carefully spoon filling over. Set cheesecake in large baking pan. Add enough hot water to baking pan to come 1 inch up sides of cheesecake pan. Bake 135C until almost set but not puffed and center moves slightly when pan is gently shaken, about 45 minutes.
