Smokin Chili

Ingredients
1 pound Beef Stew Meat1 pound Pork Stew Meat2 cans black beans, drained2 cans red kidney beans, drained2 cans diced tomatoes, drained2 oz. Bourbon, cheap1 cup Jalapeno Peppers, sliced2 habanero or serrano peppers, sliced3 Banana peppers, sliced1 tsp salt1 tbsp cumin1/4 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
Marinate stew meat in bourbon overnight.
Coat meat with flour and brown in 1 tbsp olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Makes 15-20 1 cup servings. Certain ingredients can be increased or decreased to taste and as desired.
