Crock-pot beef stew

Ingredients
Take all the ingredients and chop them as you see fit. I would recommend trimming all the fat off the meat. Cutting the celery in half and dicing them. Cubing the potatoes.
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a crock-pot on low heat setting. Dash the pepper and salt over them and add water until everything is just covered. For easy clean up, you can use a crock-pot lining.
