Rich Lamb Meat Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Lamb 1 med onion2 large cloves garlic1/3 cup grated carrot2 med celery stalks1 tbsp Dried rosemary1/2 tsp black pepper11/5 cups stewed tomatoes21/5 cups tomato sauce1 cup Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large skillet. Cook thoroughly. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Allow to heat through, then puree with hand blender. Add fresh mushrooms and simmer for 20 minutes on med-low heat.
