Chocolate Chip Cookies with Splenda

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. Splenda blend for baking3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar1 cup Smart Balance buttery spread (softened)2 large eggs2 tsp. vanilla extract12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
-Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and mix
-In a large bowl combine brown sugar, smart balance, and splenda and cream together
-Add eggs and vanilla to sugar/butter mixture and beat until well combined (I use a hand mixer, but it isn't necessary)
-Gradually add the flour mixture until well combined
-Add the chocolate chips

Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes depending on size and cool on a wire rack.

makes about 30 cookies, using a heaping tablespoon of batter each

    Sorry- I didn't even realize I was saving it! I just made these and they are pretty good- not the same as the full fat and sugar version, but satisfy my cookie cravings!
