Ingredients
Ingredients: Udon noodle, 400 gram(s) (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips (remove)Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)Sushi Nori, Raw Untoasted, 1 sheet, 1 serving (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove) all ingredients are best fresh.....frozen or dried may be substituted
Directions
Saute ginger and garlic in oil.
Add chicken...stirfry Hot until cooked
add veg and udon noodles
stir in sauces (black bean sauce is good too)
stir an additional 5 min or until done
