Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast2 bunches fresh broccoli, chopped1 c onion, chopped1 c carrots, chopped coarsely2 stalks celery, chopped2 T extra virgin olive oil2 T Kikkoman Stir Fry sauce1 Bag brown Minute Rice
Directions
Heat olive oil in wok or large pan on medium heat. Cut chicken into strips or chunks and cook until done, 5 - 8 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry until they reach desired tenderness. Stir in stir fry sauce as directed on bottle, and serve over cooked rice. Makes 6 servings.
