Whole Wheat Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 c wheat flour1/2 c sugar1/2 c yellow cornmeal1/4 c canola oil1 c nonfat milk1 large egg1 tlbs baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚. Blend all ingredients well in medium bowl. Bake in lightly greased 9x9 pan for 35 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
