Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tbsp. vegetable oil1 tsp. sesame16 oz. sliced fried tofu3 cloves garlic, minced1 16 oz. package frozen stir-fry vegetables1.5 cups water1 tbsp. corn starch1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
Whisk corn starch into cold water. Add soy sauce and set aside.

Heat oil over high flame in a wok or large frying pan. Saute tofu until golden brown. Add frozen vegetables. Stir constantly over high heat for about 7 minutes.

Slowly stir in the water/corn starch/soy sauce mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer another 5 minutes or so. Serve over steamed rice.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
