Sloppy Joes:1lb. Ground Turkey1 C. Black Bean & Corn Salsa28oz. can Diced Tomatoes with Green ChilisTortilla chips (optional)Couscous (optional)Reduced Fat Cheddar (optional)Reduced Fat Sour Cream (optional)Avocado (optional)
Brown turkey in pan.
Once turkey is browned, drain out liquid (optional) and add salsa and diced tomatoes.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over couscous or tortilla chips.
Garnish how you like!
