Crab salad

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 2 largeWhite Rice, long grain, 1 cup, cooked Blue Crab, 4 cup, flaked and pieces Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 8 tbsp Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained Salt & pepper
Directions
Makes 4 1,5-cup servings.
Boil the eggs.
Cook the rice.
Clean the crab and squize the meat hard to drain as much juice as possible.
Chop onion and hard boiled eggs. Add them into the crab meat.
Add the cooked rice.
Mix mayo, capers, lemon juice together. Add the sauce into the crab and mix it well. Add salt and pepper if you wish.
Cool the salad in the refregirator for at least two hours. Serve the salad cold.
