Vegetarian Chili with Rice

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes, no salt1 can mexican style pinto beans1 cup cooked brown long grain rice1 cup cooked kale1 cup frozen mixed vegables2 Morningstar Farms breakfast patties, cubed2 oz low fat cheddar for garnish
Directions
Mix all incredients exept cheese in saucepan, heat to boiling, simmer until vegetables are cooked.
Sprinkle 1/4 oz. grated lo fat cheddar for garnish.
