8 rashers rindless streaky bacon, chopped into large pieces4 chicken breast cut into large chunks200g baby buttom mushrooms1tbsp plain flour400g can chopped tomatoes with garlic1 beef stock cubedash of worcestershire saucehandful of parsley leaves
Heat a shallow pan and sizzle the bacon
Throw in the chicken, fry for 2-3 min.
Turn up the heat and throw in the mushrooms
Cook for a few minutes, stir in the flower, and then cook until paste forms
Tip in the tomatoes, stir, then crumble into the stock cube. Bubble it all together for 10 minutes, splash in the Worces. sauce and parsley.
Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled rice
