Asparagus swiss omelet

Ingredients
1 whole egg3 egg whites1 slice swiss3 aspargus spears, sliced into 1/4thsgarlic clove, minced1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Saute garlic and asparagus until aspargus is cooked about 7 minutes. Remove from pan.

Whip egg and white together. Pour into pan and cook until set about 3-5 minutes. Place asparagus and cheese on one side of egg pancake and fold one side over. Cook until cheese melts about 2-3 minutes.

Plate and serve with a dollop of home made salsa if desired.
